本企業(yè)擁有雄厚的技術開發(fā)實力和完備的生產制造設備，有年產各類減速機8000臺的生產能力。 產品全部采用計算機CAD系統(tǒng)進行開發(fā)設計�，F(xiàn)有各類機械加工設備140余臺，其中精密設備10臺，大型設備12臺。 各種精密測試儀器12臺，屬二級計量單位。 自行研制的傳動機械性能試驗臺經(jīng)西北國家計量測試中心檢定，其技術水平屬國內先進，并榮獲科技進步二等獎。嚴格的質量保證體系和完善的產品檢測手段，確保出廠產品滿足客戶要求。在國家及省、市質量監(jiān)督機構及行業(yè)組織的歷次質量抽查中，產品質量穩(wěn)定合格。由國家外經(jīng)貿部首批公布的《出口機械產品質量保證生產企業(yè)名錄》中，我廠是唯一出口擺線針輪減速機的企業(yè)。
